Bank of Baroda revises timing for media and analysts meet on 8th May 2026

Bank of Baroda has announced a change in the timing for its upcoming Media Meet and Analysts Meet scheduled for 8th May 2026. The revised timings have been set to accommodate the needs of participants and ensure a smooth flow of information.

The Media Meet, initially planned to start at 5:00 PM, will now commence at 4:45 PM. This adjustment allows for a 15-minute earlier start than previously scheduled. Meanwhile, the Analysts Meet, which was originally set for 6:00 PM, has been rescheduled to begin at 6:30 PM. Both events will be conducted via video call on the Zoom platform, providing a virtual space for discussion and interaction.

The Analysts Meet will feature a Management Discussion and Q&A session on the bank’s financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2026. Key spokespersons for the event include Dr. Debadatta Chand, Managing Director & CEO, along with Executive Directors Shri Lalit Tyagi, Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Shri Lal Singh, and Ms. Beena Vaheed. The Chief Financial Officer, Shri I V L Sridhar, will also be present.

These changes have been communicated under Regulation 30 and 46 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ensuring compliance and transparency in the bank’s communications with stakeholders.
