Money Heist’s ‘The Professor’ thanks Indian audience for loving the show, expresses his desire to come to India

The world-acclaimed, Spanish show, La Casa De Papel aka Money Heist has returned for its fifth and final season on Netflix. The show is loved in all parts of the globe crazily by the viewers. Since the fourth season ended premiering last year, fans have been trading hashtags of the MoneyHeist and The Professor on social media. In India too, the show has a huge fanbase with several Bollywood celebrities watching the show as well. All the characters are superb but ‘The Professor’ surely rules the heart of viewers more than anyone. His charisma, detailed planning and mystery around him always keeps the viewers rooting for him.

Recently during the promotion of the first volume of the fifth season of the show, Alvaro Morte the actor who plays ‘The Professor’ thanks to the audience for the love the show has received. Talking to HT City expresses his love for the Indian audience, wishing to come to India someday. He said, “I have been wishing to go to India (for a long time). Everyone that I know has been there, and comes absolutely shocked by the country, its culture, people and food. I also appreciate all the demonstrations of the fans in India through social media. The response that the show got from India is absolutely unbelievable. I thank everyone for that,”

Talking about the show, Alvaro said that it’s time to say goodbye to the show. The show gave him the limelight to the global audience. But he doesn’t want to stick to the character, instead wants the audience to receive him well in other roles as well. He added, “The audience is so intelligent that I consider, and hope and assume, that they will be able to see me doing all the (other) works, and separate the image of The Professor”

Mumbai Police is known for carrying out risky operations and removing the underworld from the city. But this time Mumbai Police is in the news for a musical performance given by them. Recently the worldwide hit series, Money Heist 5 aka La Case De Papel was released on Netflix. The show has an incomparable craze almost everywhere around the world. In Indian too, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari Money Money Heist has more fan following than many hit Bollywood films. Fans were waiting with folded hands for the finale season of the show for more than a year. Several memes, videos and pics from behind the scenes surfaced on social media which kept the hype building more and more.

But today Mumbai Police surprised everyone with their performance on the Theme Song of Money Heist. No one expected the stereotyped hardline Mumbai Police officers to become members of Khakhi Studio and playing musical instruments. Social media channels of Mumbai Police shared two videos featuring officers of Mumbai Police as Khaki Studio playing the melodious Bella Ciao. On Twitter, Mumbai Police shared video with caption, “Always trying not to miss out on detections nor on trends & tractions We’ll be here,never letting the season of safety end,while you race against time to finish this one #KhakiStudio planning to pull a #heist on your heart one more time with #BellaCiao,”

Money Heist Director explains Why Nairobi had to die, ‘She would’ve had a hard time fitting in season 5’

The Spanish show, Money Heist, is an international phenomenal that truly took the world by surprise. Yet Money Heist’s beginning didn’t go according to plan and in its first season run, on Spanish TV, the show’s creators were certain it was going to be cancelled and that would be it. But fortunately for the rest of the world, Netflix saw potential in Money Heist and scooped it up as part of their international content. Little did they know that soon, Money Heist would be the most viewed Netflix show in many countries.

The death of one of the most admired Money Heist character – Nairobi in Season 4 was the most tear-jerking moments of the series. The gang is set to declare war against the enemy in the upcoming season of Money Heist to avenge the heart breaking death of Nairobi. Nairobi was first held captive, tortured, and then shot point-blank in front of her fellow gang members by Gandía, chief of security for the Bank of Spain, where the current robbery is set.

Jesús Colmenar spoke about how the death of Nairobi will motivate other characters and change the dynamics of the group in the upcoming season of the Netflix show:

Executive producer Jesús Colmenar said, “Nairobi represented the heart of the gang in a way, and in this last season she would have had a hard time fitting in because this is a season of direct confrontation. But her legacy is going to inspire the other characters.”

When asked what fans could possibly expect from the fifth season of the show, Colmenar added, “This season is very different from all the previous seasons, and we have put all our eggs in one basket to go out with a bang. The romantic and feel-good idea of a robbery without victims, of a struggle for freedom and resistance but without hurting anyone, smashes into the wall of reality in this last season. From now on, the characters will have to fight for their lives.”

Dropping a major hint, showrunner Alex Pina revealed that the season will edge towards the war genre. “This season is one of total destruction,” he assured.

Money Heist actor Jaime Lorente, who plays Denver on the same show, is set to get fiercer in the upcoming season 5, and a glimpse of this we saw in the hit crime-drama’s teaser recently. While he continues to make fans fall in love with Denver’s unique laughter in Money Heist, Jaime is a man of deep beliefs in real life and has shared some thought-igniting lines on social media.

Picking a poem by Spanish writer Leopoldo María Panero, Jaime got philosophical as he wrote a long post on his official Instagram handle along with sharing a click of himself. An extract of his Spanish caption translated as, “A faceless woman sings standing over my soul, a faceless woman on my soul on the ground, my soul, my soul: and I repeat that word I do not know if like a child calling his mother to the light, in confusing sounds and crying, or simply. To make it seem like it doesn’t make sense. My soul. Money Heist 5 will premiere its part one on Netflix on September 3, and part two will come out on December 3.

Money Heist 5: The wait is finally over! Netflix announces release date of the final season

Netflix’s Spanish crime web series Money Heist has a strong fan following worldwide. In India too, the show has a large fan base, including many Bollywood actors. Fans are eagerly waiting for the fifth and final season of the show. Everyone is curious to know what happened to the professor and his gang.

The wait is just going to end, in two months. The fifth and final season will be released in two parts, Netflix has finally revealed the date for the release of both parts of the final season of the series. Part 5: Volume 1 will premiere on September 3, 2021, while Volume 2 will air on December 3, 2021.

Along with that, the streaming giant has also released a power-packed teaser. The teaser captures the emotions of every gang member in slow motion as 2WEI’s ‘In The End’ cover plays in the background. The teaser has a lot of action with gun battles and physical ones too. The end of the greatest heist in history is approaching, and what began as a robbery will turn into a war.

The shooting for the final season of ‘Money Heist’ was completed on May 14. “What started as a heist, ended as a family. It’s a wrap on Part 5 of La Casa de Papel/Money Heist. Thank you to all the fans for being part of La Resistencia (the resistance)! We can’t wait to show you how this story ends,” Netflix penned in its post.

Speaking about Money Heist 5, its creator Álex Pina said in a statement, “When we began to write Part 5 amid the pandemic, we felt that we had to change what was expected from the ten-episode season and used every tool we could to create the sensation of a season finale or series finale in the first volume itself. We decided to work in an extremely aggressive genre, putting The Gang on the ropes. In volume 2, we focus more on the emotional situation of the characters. It is a journey across their sentimental map that connects us directly to their departure.”

Actor Álvaro Morte, who plays the lead role of Sergio Marquina aka The Professor in Money Heist, revealed that he has bid goodbye to the Netflix show.

Fans might be waiting for the fifth and final season of Money Heist, but as the production nears completion, the actors of the Netflix show are bidding goodbye to its sets with emotional social media posts. And what the star of the show – actor Álvaro Morte who plays the lead role of Sergio Marquina aka The Professor, posted on Instagram is leaving us emotional.

Álvaro shared a video where he is sitting in his car, bidding a final goodbye to the sets of La Casa De Papel or Money Heist. Though he doesn’t say anything, his expression as he turns around to look at the building one last time has left fans with a bitter-sweet feeling.

Álvaro wrote in his caption, that he’ll miss the good time he had while playing the fan favourite character of The Professor. “Leaving for the last time the set of @lacasadepapel Words are unnecessary. Netflix announces the last season of Money Heist, fans can’t keep calm

The final season of the most anticipated show, Money Heist is now confirmed. Netflix on Friday dropped a photo of a cracked Salvador Dalí mask and said that the heist is coming to an end. This makes the upcoming season as the last and the final one of the series.

The original name of the show is La Casa De Papel. The Spanish drama revolves around the story of a professor (Álvaro Morte), who brings in a group of people to rob the Royal Mint of Spain and the Bank of Spain. The show keeps the fans hooked because of its unexpected twists and turns.

After the announcement, fans are going crazy over the picture and are coming up with different theories. They took to their social media to express their mixed feelings about their favourite show coming to an end.

Most of the fans are crying over the character Nairobi’s death whereas others want to get rid of Arturo. The character development of Arturo Roman or ‘Arturito’ played by Enrique Arce was horrible since the first season of the show. From cheating on his wife with Monica and getting the latter pregnant, Arturo tries to be the good guy and ends up being the most annoying character in the show.

According to Variety, the shooting for the last, and the final season will begin soon in Spain, Denmark, and Portugal. “We’ve spent almost a year thinking about how to break up the band,” Variety quoted the creator and showrunner Alex Pina as saying. “How to put the Professor on the ropes. How to get into situations that are irreversible for many characters. The result is the fifth part of La Casa de Papel. The war reaches its most extreme and savage levels, but it is also the most epic and exciting season,” Pina added.

All we can do is wait for the ‘the final heist.’
