Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Murzash Manekshana as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. This decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on 12 May 2025. The re-appointment is subject to approval at the company’s 16th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Manekshana, who is liable to retire by rotation, has expressed his willingness to continue in his role, as per Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. His extensive experience spans over 28 years in the renewable energy, finance, and road infrastructure sectors. He currently serves as a managing partner at Brookfield Advisors India Private Limited.

His career has seen him hold significant positions such as deputy managing director at MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited and managing director at Altamount Capital Management Private Limited. He has also been involved in finance and risk management roles at Prudential Process Management Services India Private Limited and Ernst & Young LLP.

The company has confirmed that Mr. Manekshana does not have any familial ties with other directors of Clean Max, and he is not barred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority.
