Mphasis declares Rs 62 final dividend per share for FY26

Mphasis has announced a final dividend of ₹62 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date for the dividend entitlement is set for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, and, if approved, the dividend will be distributed within 30 days of the AGM.

The company’s Board of Directors, during a meeting held on April 29, 2026, also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The financial results were reviewed and endorsed by the statutory auditors, M/s B S R & Co. LLP, who provided unmodified opinions on the results.

In addition to the financial results and dividend declaration, the Board has re-appointed Mr. Nitin Rakesh as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a five-year term starting October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Furthermore, Ms. Maureen Anne Erasmus has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term beginning December 20, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval.

The company has scheduled its 35th AGM for July 23, 2026, to be conducted via video conferencing and other audio-visual means.
