Wheels India announces Rs 9.14 per share dividend for FY26

Wheels India has announced a final dividend of ₹9.14 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for July 1, 2026, and will be conducted through video conferencing. The record date for the dividend payment is June 24, 2026, and if approved, the dividend will be paid on or before July 30, 2026.

In addition to the dividend announcement, the Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The standalone revenue from operations for the year stood at ₹5,098.35 crore, while the consolidated revenue reached ₹5,464.94 crore. The company’s standalone net profit for the year was ₹138.56 crore, with a consolidated net profit of ₹158.05 crore.

The Board also approved the alteration of the Articles of Association to align with the Companies Act, 2013, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
