KRK receives a legal notice from Red Chillies for revealing the story of Jawan: Deets inside

Kamal Rashid Khan commonly known as KRK had leaked the story of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Jawan’ on 28th May, Sunday. After the post got viral grabbing public attention an anti-piracy company named AiPlex which is associated with Red Chillies Entertainment (RCE) on Jawan sent KRK a mail to to delete the post.

KRK refused to do so, instead he posted the screenshot of the mail on his Twitter handle. Later KRK has received a legal notice from Red Chillies Entertainment. KRK posted the notice on his Twitter handle with a caption which reads, “In the early morning, SRK’s company @RedChilliesEnt has sent me a legal notice to remove my tweet about the story of #Jawaan which I don’t accept. Insted i will release a video with full story today. I am 100% committed to destrpy this film at any cost. I am ready for jail also.”

Well this is not the first time that KRK has involved in such feud. Many contents related to Jawan starting from Shah Rukh Khan’s look, some action sequence of the film and the story of the story has been revealed. And other than KRK Red Chillies Entertainment has sent legal notice to some other people who has spread the film’s exclusive content.

The year 2023 witnesses the return of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. In addition to Pathaan and Jawan, he will appear in the film ‘Dunki’ this year.

Shah Rukh Khan, aka “King Khan,” is set to return to the big screen soon. Following Pathaan’s spectacular success. This year, Shah Rukh Khan has taken over many big-budget projects, including Raj Kumar Hirani’s Dunki and the much-anticipated Jawan, directed by Atlee kumar.

Kamaal R. Khan is granted bail in a molestation case but is still in JC for previous disparaging tweets

According to a source, the Mumbai court on Tuesday allowed bail to Kamaal R Khan, commonly known as KRK. The former actor and film critic was detained in relation to a 2021 molestation allegation that Versova police had filed against him. However, Kamaal will stay behind bars since his bail request in a different case from 2020 connected to his alleged nasty tweets on actor Akshay Kumar, director Ram Gopal Verma, and others is still pending before the Borivali magistrate court.

The Borivali metropolitan magistrate court is scheduled to hear KRK’s bail request in the 2020 case on Wednesday. KRK was taken into jail by the Borivali magistrate court after being detained at the Mumbai airport on August 30 due to his previous comments.

According to a PTI report, KRK was taken into custody by the Versova police on Sunday in the molestation case, and he was then brought before the Bandra court. In his bail request submitted via his attorneys to the Bandra magistrate court, Kamaal claimed that the First Information Report’s (FIR) information did not actually correspond to the alleged molestation occurrence.

According to PTI, the police said that KRK’s tweets from 2020 were racist and had targets in the Bollywood industry. He was charged in 2020 with violating the Information Technology Act, IPC sections 153 (wantonly offering provocation with the goal to incite riot), 500 (penalty for defamation), and other laws.

KRK, a well-known actor and producer, was arrested in Mumbai due to a contentious tweet from 2020. Following his arrival at the Mumbai Airport, KRK was detained. According to Mumbai Police, he would be presented before Borivali Court today.

Although it was not immediately known for which tweet the actor was detained, an FIR was filed against him for posting disparaging comments on social media in 2020 against the late stars Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor. Rahul Kanal, a member of the Yuva Sena core committee, filed the FIR after becoming aware of the actor’s offensive comments.

According to a PTI report citing a police officer, Khan announced Rishi Kapoor’s hospitalisation on Twitter on April 30 and urged the actor not to pass away because wine stores were about to open. He also made disparaging remarks against Irrfan Khan a day before his death on April 29.

“We have registered an FIR against Kamal R Khan for making derogatory remarks about both the deceased actors under section 294 (punishment for obscene acts or words in public) and other provisions of the IPC,” PTI had quoted a senior police official as saying.

Less than 24 hours after Irrfan Khan, who was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour in 2018, passed away from a colon infection on April 29, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor passed away from leukaemia.

He is again in debate, this time actor Manoj Bajpayee has filed a defamation case against him in the Indore District Court. In the past, KRK had made many derogative tweets against Manoj Bajpayee. The actor deemed it an attempt to taint his image.

Earlier Salman Khan has also filed a defamation case against KRK. Manoj Bajpayee himself arrived in Indore on Tuesday and filed a defamation case against KRK through his lawyer Paresh Joshi. Taapsee Pannu’s movie ‘Haseen Dilruba’ has been released on the OTT platform on July 2. KRK had earlier tweeted on this,’‘ Many people are asking me to review the film Haseen Dilruba. Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit against KRK for slandering his image via social media posts, videos, and reviews. Not only did the Bollywood singer support the ‘Dabangg’ actor, but she also criticized Kamaal R Khan for being insensitive. KRK made an appeal to singer Mika Singh a day before the release of his diss track on self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan. Mika supported Salman Khan in his defamation lawsuit against KRK, sparking a feud between the two.

On Wednesday, the singer shared a teaser for his song, titled #KRKKutta. The rivalry began when Mika, in an interview with a paparazzi channel, said that Salman’s legal case had taken a long time and referred to KRK as a ‘gadha (donkey) and a ‘chuha’ (mouse). KRK responded by calling him a “chirkut singer” searching for publicity.

Mika has since confirmed the diss track, which he plans to release on June 11. In one video, which he published on social media, he can be seen standing outside KRK’s Mumbai home, which he claims is close to his studio.

Kamaal R Khan, often known as KRK, lauded Vivek Oberoi for speaking the “pure truth” in an interview with the Hindustan Times. The self-proclaimed critic has been at war with Salman Khan and his fans.

For any individual, industry, or fraternity to flourish, one needs to know ke hum mein kitni khamiyan hain (we also have a few drawbacks), our mistakes and the wrongs of the industry,” Oberoi points out, and adds, “But we have a little bit of ostrich syndrome. Because we don’t acknowledge that hamari industry mein kuch gadbad hai (there is something wrong in our industry).”

Salman Khan seeks contempt action against KRK for defamatory remarks

Salman Khan, filed a motion in a court in Mumbai on Monday, seeking that contempt actions be initiated against actor Kamaal R Khan for continuing to make derogatory statements after an undertaking not to do so.

The application was filed as part of Salman’s defamation claim, which sought to prevent Kamaal R Khan from directly or indirectly creating and publishing videos or other information about the actor, his commercial interests, and films/projects.

When the defamation complaint was heard last month, Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer, Manoj Gadkari, informed the court that his client will not make any more defamatory statements or statements against Salman until the next hearing date.

Salman has filed a defamation suit against Kamaal R Khan in response to the latter’s review of the recently released Hindi film Radhe.

Salman’s lawyer, Pradip Ghandy, told Additional Sessions Judge C V Marathe on Monday that, despite the guarantee, Kamaal R Khan continued to post derogatory tweets.

“This is contempt of court,” Pradip Ghandy argued.

Kamaal R Khan was then charged with contempt of court. The court heard arguments on the motion and scheduled a hearing on June 11.

The court ordered that until then, Kamaal R Khan’s attorney Manoj Gadkari’s previous statement shall stand.

KRK is involved in a legal struggle with Salman Khan, which began when the Radhe actor filed a defamation action against Kamaal. While KRK insisted that the action was filed in response to a poor review of Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s legal team has stated that the action was filed in response to defamatory claims made against the actor.

KRK recently dragged Govinda into the controversy by thanking him on Twitter for his “love and support,” but afterwards retracted his statement and stated that he was not talking to the film star. His clarification came after Govinda said that he had not even spoken to KRK and had no knowledge of his issue with Salman.

Govinda, in his explanation statement to IANS, termed KRK as someone who creates “nuisance” and has a “agenda” by dragging him into a situation he has nothing to do with. He had said, “I do not even know in depth the exact problems between Salman and KRK but my name has been dragged in the matter.”

Since Salman Khan filed a defamation action against him, actor and self-proclaimed critic KRK has been engaged in a verbal fight with singer Mika Singh. Now, he has taken a direct shot at the superstar, urging him to tackle his own battles rather than hiding behind the “chirkut singer” and “struggling actress.” He also threatened to ruin Salman’s career and turn him into a “TV actor.”

On Monday, he took to Twitter and wrote, “Dekho Bollywood Ke Gunde Bhai, Ladne Ki Himmat Hai, Toh Khud Saamne Aakar Lado! Ye Chirkut Singer, Struggling actress Wagairah Ko Aage Karke, Unke Peeche Naa Chupo (Look, goon of Bollywood, if you have the courage to fight, do so upfront. Do not hide behind cheap singers and struggling actresses)! I promise to destroy your career and make you a TV actor. It’s your #Antim time.”

KRK did not name anyone in his tweet, but he did make a reference to Salman’s new film, Antim: The Final Truth.

In the followed up tweet, he Warned to destroy his career. He wrote, “Suna Hai Ki Ye Kaafi Logon Ka career Khatam Kar Chuka hai (I have heard that he has destroyed many careers). Whoever speaks against him, he destroyed his career. But Nehle Pe Dehla Hi Hota Hai Na. I am Dehla. Main Iska Career Chaupat Karke, Isko Sadak Par Le Aaoonga (But I am a formidable force. I will end his career and bring him on the streets),”

KRK also responded to Mika Singh’s ‘I am Daddy’ tweet. He wrote, “This Chirkut, Gawar singer is calling himself strong and Anurag Kashyap & Karan Johar weak. Iss Lukkhe Ka Ek Bhai Jail Gaya, Fir Doosra Bhai Jail Gaya aur Fir Ye Khud Jail Gaya! Ye Hai Iski Aukaat. Karan aur Anurag Ke Driver ki value isse Zyada Hai. Unpadh hai Na kuch Bhi fekega!”

Kamaal R Khan, better known as KRK, the actor and self-proclaimed critic, has slammed singer Mika Singh for attacking him and protecting the actor in the defamation case. KRK, without naming anybody, attacked the ‘chirkut singer’ in the new tweet, claiming he was looking for limelight. His post came after Mika referred to him as a ‘gadha (donkey)’ and a ‘chuha (mouse).’

He tweeted, “Now a Chirkut Singer wants to jump in the matter to get publicity. But I won’t give him. Kood Beta, Jitna Koodna Hai. Tujhe Toh Bhav Bilkul Nahi Doonga! Mika, who has worked on multiple projects with Salman Khan, recently called out KRK for launching ‘personal assaults.’ He told Bollywood Spy, “I am surprised that Salman bhai waited so long to file a case against him. Donkeys like him should be tamed as soon as possible… He always makes personal attacks, which is wrong.”

Meanwhile, Salman has sued KRK for slander. While KRK claimed that the case was prompted by a negative review of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s lawyers stated that it was prompted by KRK’s charges of corruption and money laundering against the actor.

Kamal Rashid Khan, who was sued by Salman khan’s legal team, lashed out yet again and has called them ‘liars’. After the legal team issued a clarification that the case of defamation against KRK is not because of the film review on his social media, KRK accused them of lying.

The statement by the legal team reads, “Kamaal R Khan has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because he reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. Salman Khan’s legal team clarifies: “Salman Khan is suing KRK for defamatory claims, not Radhe”

After actor Kamaal R Khan took to social media a few days ago to claim that Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit against him for reviewing Radhe, Salman’s legal team issued a statement claiming that the case has nothing to do with the film’s review. According to the statement, the suit was filed against KRK because he, “has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits.”

The full statement from DSK Legal, Salman Khan’s legal team, reads, “Mr Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect.”

“The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself. Mr Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer made a statement in Court today that Mr Kamaal R. Khan “will not put any remarks of defamatory nature against plaintiff on social media till next date.” The Hon’ble Court has been pleased to pass an order taking into account this statement made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer,” the statement concluded.

The Deshdrohi actor had published a list of tweets implying that Salman Khan had filed a defamation suit against him for giving his latest film Radhe a bad review.

Radhe, a film starring Salman Khan and Disha Patani, was released on ZEEPlex and in theatres on Eid.

Actor-Producer Nikhil Dwivedi has filed a case of defamation on Youtuber Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK. This comes after KRK publishes some baseless statement through his Twitter and Youtube account.

According to Bollywood Life report, last September, KRK made some baseless disclosures about Nikhil which he ignored. Later on Kamaal again in December and January this year posted defaming comments which compelled Nikhil to launch legal action against the Youtuber.

Nikhil Dwivedi’s lawyer Kartikeya Desai said, “Our client Mr. Nikhil Dwivedi, an actor, producer has filed a lawsuit against Mr Kamaal R Khan for the slanderous tweets and YouTube videos, which were posted by Mr. Kamaal R Khan wherein he had made defamatory statements and also baseless allegations against Mr. Dwivedi. The series of tweets and other posts were categorically reproduced in the said suit filed by Mr. Dwivedi.”

Furthermore, the actor added, “The Honourable Court read through the statements made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan and recorded that prima facie case has been made out against him and granted ad-interim relief against Mr. Kamaal R. Khan and the other Defendants whereby they are restrained from publishing defamatory states as described in the Plaint and/or any other statement (whether written, printed, audio or video) containing the same or similar allegations (as included in the said Acts of Defamation) against the Plaintiff. Any such act hereon will be treated as the contempt of Honourable Court.”
