The late singer’s estate has claimed that he used a sample of the singer’s hit song without permission, according to ‘Mirror.co.uk’. The estate is allegedly suing Kanye, Ty Dolla $ign, Ye’s record company, and others for utilising Donna’s 1977 song ‘I Feel Love’, according to legal documents.

Earlier this month, the ‘Gold Digger’ rapper released his first album as part of his compilation ‘Vultures 1’. Donna’s estate says that the album’s song ‘Good (Don’t Die)’ used the vocals of the late disco diva after the estate “explicitly denied” them permission, according to the lawsuit.

As per ‘Mirror.co.uk’, Bruce Sudano is listed in the court documents as the executor of the estate of Donna Summer. The document said he “seeks to protect Summer’s musical legacy that made her the undisputed ‘Queen of Disco’.” “Sumer’s estate, however, wanted no association with West’s controversial history and specifically rejected West’s proposed use of Summer’s ‘I Feel Love’,” the suit reads.

The lawsuit goes on to claim that Ye and Ty Dolla $ign, real name Tyrone William Gryphon Jr., “arrogantly and unilaterally decided they would simply steal” the music. However, Kanye has a history of plagiarising songs. Ozzy Osbourne had already blasted him shortly after the publication of his record.

Ozzy stated on social media that Kanye used his band Black Sabbath’s song ‘War Pigs’ without permission on the album ‘Vultures’. On Instagram, he made a harsh statement in all capital letters, criticising Kanye for utilising the song. “Kanye West asked permission to sample a section of a 1983 live performance of ‘War Pig’ from the US Festival without vocals & was refused permission because he is an antisemite and has caused untold heartache to many.”

Kanye West’s Twitter account has been suspended for breaking the site’s policies against inciting violence.

According to a report by US-based entertainment publication The Hollywood Reporter, the 45-year-old rapper’s Twitter account was stopped following his comment comparing Alex Jones to Adolf Hitler on the “Infowars Show.”

Not only that, but he had previously tweeted some anti-Semitic remarks that had restricted his use of the microblogging platform. The rapper’s Twitter account was previously restricted on October 8 in reaction to a message he shared.

Earlier on Wednesday 22nd July, ’20, rapper Kanye West took to Twitter and said he has been trying to divorce his wife, TV star Kim Kardashian West but the message was deleted minutes later.

The Tweet said, “I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf prison reform.”
Kanye later also revealed in multiple Tweets that this wife was trying to lock him up on medical grounds and comparing himself to Nelson Mandela. This came a day later after Kanye launched his U.S. presidential campaign in a rally in Charleston, South Carolina. He also cried and referred to a choice he made with Kim not to abort their child.

Many people don’t believe that he was genuinely standing for the President seat as he was a Donald Trump supporter. Fans yet believe it is a publicity stunt to help his business grow.
