Maharashtra Seamless declares Rs 10 per share dividend for FY 2025-26

Maharashtra Seamless Limited has announced a dividend of ₹10.00 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. This decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on 22nd May 2026.

The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. These results were audited by M/s Kanodia Sanyal & Associates, the company’s statutory auditors, who provided an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.

In addition to the financial results and dividend announcement, the board decided to shift the company’s registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Haryana. This move will require approval from shareholders via postal ballot and the Central Government, or any other appropriate authorities.

Furthermore, Maharashtra Seamless appointed M/s R. J. Goel & Co. as the cost auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The necessary disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations was also provided.
