Earlier this morning, Self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan aka KRK shared a series of apologetic post on Twitter, where he said that it’s just a waste of time and energy and he is only buying haters through it.

KRK tweeted, “Dear @SidMalhotra @emraanhashmi @arjunk26 @akshaykumar @shahidkapoor @iamsrk @ayushmannk I am really very sorry if I have ever hurt you. Please forgive me. Finally, I realised that you have done nothing wrong to me. Whatever happened with me that is my luck. So why blame you?”

KRK in the next tweet claimed he and actor Ajay Devgan had resolved their issues and he doesn’t want to apologise to him. “I don’t want to say sorry to @ajaydevagn because I was never against him. That was just his own imagination and misunderstanding. He is one of my favourite star from his first film. Anyway we met at #TotalDhamaal shooting and sort out the differences”, he said.

Amid Kamaal R Khan’s feud with Salman Khan, he shared a cryptic tweet featuring the same image which Malaika Arora posted on Arjun’s birthday. The actor and film critic, best recognized as KRK, shared the image on Twitter and called Arjun as ‘tiger’.

Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit against KRK for slandering his image via social media posts, videos, and reviews. Not only did the Bollywood singer support the ‘Dabangg’ actor, but she also criticized Kamaal R Khan for being insensitive. While Mika labelled KRK a “donkey” and a “mouse,” the latter responded by labelling Mika a “chirkut singer” and the one attempting to get publicity from this situation.

In an interview with Etimes, Mika said, “With films like ‘Radhe’, people are getting at least something to watch at such times. Every critic has a right to criticise a movie but making personal comments about Disha Patani, Salman Khan, Jackie Shroff is too vulgar.”

Elaborating further, he added, “A lot of actors have complained to me about KRK in the past and I had even yelled at him several times, even when he had spoken wrongly about Sara Ali Khan. I have a good relationship with Salman bhai but at the same time, it is my responsibility to call out wrong things, since I am a part of the same industry. KRK made an appeal to singer Mika Singh a day before the release of his diss track on self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan. Mika supported Salman Khan in his defamation lawsuit against KRK, sparking a feud between the two.

On Wednesday, the singer shared a teaser for his song, titled #KRKKutta. The rivalry began when Mika, in an interview with a paparazzi channel, said that Salman’s legal case had taken a long time and referred to KRK as a ‘gadha (donkey) and a ‘chuha’ (mouse). KRK responded by calling him a “chirkut singer” searching for publicity.

Mika has since confirmed the diss track, which he plans to release on June 11. In one video, which he published on social media, he can be seen standing outside KRK’s Mumbai home, which he claims is close to his studio.

Addressing KRK, Mika said in the video, “Dekh bhai, main tere ghar ke bahar khada hoon yahaan pe. Chaati chaudi kar ke khada hoon. Tu jahaan kahega, wahaan mil leta hoon. Tu saari umar mera beta hi rahega. Meri tere se koi ladai nahi hai (See, brother, I am standing outside your house with my head held high. I am ready to meet you wherever you want. While KRK claims that Salman’s lawsuit is in revenge for his poor review of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Salman’s lawyers claim that it is in response to KRK’s charges of corruption against Salman.

Kamaal R Khan, often known as KRK, lauded Vivek Oberoi for speaking the “pure truth” in an interview with the Hindustan Times. The self-proclaimed critic has been at war with Salman Khan and his fans.

KRK reached out to Vivek on Twitter on Tuesday after the latter voiced his thoughts on Bollywood’s unwillingness to handle criticism and Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise. In response to the actor, KRK tweeted, “Bhai @vivekoberoi your interview is brilliant and pure truth. Keep it up!”

In a conversation with HT, Vivek had said, “We have our good side, but we refuse to acknowledge our bad side. For any individual, industry, or fraternity to flourish, one needs to know ke hum mein kitni khamiyan hain (we also have a few drawbacks), our mistakes and the wrongs of the industry,” Oberoi points out, and adds, “But we have a little bit of ostrich syndrome. Because we don’t acknowledge that hamari industry mein kuch gadbad hai (there is something wrong in our industry).”

Referring to Sushant’s death, Vivek added, “Then also nobody wanted to really and truly acknowledge that there is something systematically wrong (in the industry), and just wanted to write it off ke ek incident hogaya (one-off incident).”

Salman Khan seeks contempt action against KRK for defamatory remarks

Salman Khan, filed a motion in a court in Mumbai on Monday, seeking that contempt actions be initiated against actor Kamaal R Khan for continuing to make derogatory statements after an undertaking not to do so.

The application was filed as part of Salman’s defamation claim, which sought to prevent Kamaal R Khan from directly or indirectly creating and publishing videos or other information about the actor, his commercial interests, and films/projects.

When the defamation complaint was heard last month, Kamaal R Khan’s lawyer, Manoj Gadkari, informed the court that his client will not make any more defamatory statements or statements against Salman until the next hearing date.

Salman has filed a defamation suit against Kamaal R Khan in response to the latter’s review of the recently released Hindi film Radhe.

Salman’s lawyer, Pradip Ghandy, told Additional Sessions Judge C V Marathe on Monday that, despite the guarantee, Kamaal R Khan continued to post derogatory tweets.

“This is contempt of court,” Pradip Ghandy argued.

Kamaal R Khan was then charged with contempt of court. The court heard arguments on the motion and scheduled a hearing on June 11.

The court ordered that until then, Kamaal R Khan’s attorney Manoj Gadkari’s previous statement shall stand.

KRK backlashes at Salman Khan’s legal team, says ‘DSK lawyers are good liars!’

Kamal Rashid Khan, who was sued by Salman khan’s legal team, lashed out yet again and has called them ‘liars’. After the legal team issued a clarification that the case of defamation against KRK is not because of the film review on his social media, KRK accused them of lying.

The statement by the legal team reads, “Kamaal R Khan has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because he reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. The suit has been filed as the defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand “Being Human” are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself.”

After Salman Khan’s legal team’s statement, KRK took to Twitter, and wrote, “This is the petition. Is this not about #Radhe review? #DSK lawyers are good liars! Aaa Thoo!”

Kamaal R Khan apologizes for review over Radhe

Kamaal R Khan, who reviewed the Salman Khan movie, Radhe, has been booked for defamation. A legal notice has already been sent to Kamaal R Khan. Reportedly, the legal team of Salman Khan will plea for an urgent hearing of this matter.

Dabangg 3 producer Nikhil Dwivedi files a defamation case against Youtuber Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK

Actor-Producer Nikhil Dwivedi has filed a case of defamation on Youtuber Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK. This comes after KRK publishes some baseless statement through his Twitter and Youtube account.

According to Bollywood Life report, last September, KRK made some baseless disclosures about Nikhil which he ignored. Later on Kamaal again in December and January this year posted defaming comments which compelled Nikhil to launch legal action against the Youtuber.

Nikhil Dwivedi’s lawyer Kartikeya Desai said, “Our client Mr. Nikhil Dwivedi, an actor, producer has filed a lawsuit against Mr Kamaal R Khan for the slanderous tweets and YouTube videos, which were posted by Mr. Kamaal R Khan wherein he had made defamatory statements and also baseless allegations against Mr. Dwivedi. The series of tweets and other posts were categorically reproduced in the said suit filed by Mr. Dwivedi.”

Furthermore, the actor added, “The Honourable Court read through the statements made by Mr. Kamaal R. Khan and recorded that prima facie case has been made out against him and granted ad-interim relief against Mr. Kamaal R. Khan and the other Defendants whereby they are restrained from publishing defamatory states as described in the Plaint and/or any other statement (whether written, printed, audio or video) containing the same or similar allegations (as included in the said Acts of Defamation) against the Plaintiff. Any such act hereon will be treated as the contempt of Honourable Court.”

Richa Chadha files defamation suit against Payal Ghosh, Kamaal R Khan, demands public apology

A few weeks back, Bengali actress Payal Ghosh had made her way to the headlines as she accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct. The actress had stated that the filmmaker allegedly forced himself on her, and in one of her interviews she had also dragged the names of other actors like Richa Chadha, Huma Qureshi and Mahie Gill. Now in the fresh, according to the reports of Mumbai Mirror, Richa Chadha has filed a lawsuit in the Bombay High Court against Payal Ghosh, Kamaal R Khan (KRK), and a news channel for their alleged defamatory statements against her.

As per the report in Mumbai Mirror, Richa Chadha has filed the defamation suit seeking Rs. 1.1 Crore in damages from them, and has also sought an order from the court for restraining those mentioned above, as well as unknown others from making any more defamatory statements. Not only this, but the actress has also sought withdrawal of the defamatory videos and tweets, with a public apology on Twitter and their websites. The hearing took place before Justice AK Menon in the Bombay High Court, but it was adjourned till 7th October, after the advocates for the accused did not appear before the Court.

The report mentions that the alleged defaming comments were first made by Payal Ghosh in an interview on 19th September. It is also alleged that Kamaal R Khan posted the video on his social media account and added vilifying tweets to it.

Meanwhile, Payal Ghosh had filed an FIR against Anurag Kashyap, after which the filmmaker was summoned by the Mumbai Police. He was quizzed by the Versova Police Station for almost 8 hours.
