Asian Paints to consider final dividend and financial results on 29th May 2026

Asian Paints has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 29th May 2026 to deliberate on the approval of the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The board will also discuss the recommendation of a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

The company has confirmed that its trading window, which was closed on 20th March 2026, will remain shut until 2nd June 2026, in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for trading by designated persons. This measure is part of the company’s compliance with SEBI’s regulations to ensure fair trading practices.

Additionally, Asian Paints will host an investor conference on the same day, 29th May 2026, where the management will provide insights into the company’s performance for the quarter and the financial year ending 31st March 2026.
