Indiabulls Limited has announced the formation of a joint venture with a private land-owning entity for the development of a premium commercial project in Sector 103, Gurgaon. The project, located along the Dwarka Expressway, is set to span approximately 2.38 acres and will feature modern office spaces, retail outlets, food and beverage facilities, and service apartments. The company estimates the Gross Development Value of the joint venture to be ₹600 crores.

This new venture is seen as a strategic addition to Indiabulls’ real estate portfolio, aligning with the strong demand dynamics along the Dwarka Expressway corridor. The company believes this project will significantly enhance its presence in the commercial real estate sector.

In addition to the joint venture, Indiabulls Limited provided an update on its existing residential projects in Gurgaon, namely IB Heights and IB Estate & Club, both situated in Sector 104. These projects continue to experience healthy sales momentum, according to the company.
