Apollo Pipes appoints HMVN & Associates and Alok Mittal & Associates for FY 2026-27 audits

Apollo Pipes has announced the re-appointment of M/s. HMVN & Associates as Cost Auditor and M/s. Alok Mittal & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on 7 May 2026.

The board meeting, which commenced at 01:40 P.M. and concluded at 03:00 P.M., was conducted based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The re-appointments are part of the company’s compliance with regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

M/s. HMVN & Associates, established in 2011 by Mr. Hari Krishan Goel, a Fellow Member of the CMA Institute, will continue to serve as the Cost Auditor. Mr. Goel has been a practising Cost Accountant since 1993 and brings extensive experience in cost audit and costing assignments across various industries.

Similarly, M/s. Alok Mittal & Associates, known for its quality-driven and client-focused approach, will continue as the Internal Auditor. The firm is led by CA Alok Kumar Mittal, who has over 41 years of experience in the field.

Both re-appointments are effective from 7 May 2026 and will cover the entire financial year 2026-27.
