Ventive Hospitality reports 594% total income growth in FY26

Ventive Hospitality has reported a substantial increase in its total income for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The company achieved a total income of ₹26,660.91 million, marking a remarkable growth of 594% compared to the previous year. This impressive growth is highlighted in the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) disclosed under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

The revenue from operations also saw a significant rise, reaching ₹24,610.49 million, which represents a growth of 53.36% from the prior year. The contribution of food and beverage (F&B) revenue to the operations stood at 29.31%, with F&B revenue amounting to ₹7,212.56 million.

In terms of profitability, Ventive Hospitality reported an EBITDA of ₹12,986.95 million, reflecting a growth of 56.72% over the previous year. The EBITDA margin was recorded at 48.71%. The company also posted a profit of ₹5,018.87 million, resulting in a profit margin of 18.82%.

The company’s net borrowings were reported at ₹16,135.59 million, with a net borrowings to total equity ratio of 0.24. Ventive Hospitality operates 13 hotels with an average room rate of ₹22,806.57 and an average occupancy rate of 63.99%.
