E2E Networks Limited has announced a significant agreement with a USA-based AI service provider, specialising in large-scale model training. The agreement, valued at USD 7.7 million (approximately ₹73 crore), is set to span a six-month period, according to the company’s latest regulatory filing.

The contract involves the provision of GPU cloud computing services along with other allied services, marking a substantial international collaboration for E2E Networks. This agreement underscores the company’s growing footprint in the global cloud computing sector, particularly in the AI domain.

The USA-based entity awarding the contract is recognised for its expertise in large-scale model training, a critical component in the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies. The agreement highlights E2E Networks’ capabilities in delivering high-performance computing solutions on an international scale.

The filing also clarified that there is no interest from the promoter group or related parties in the entity awarding the contract, ensuring the transaction is conducted at arm’s length.
