Muthoot Finance approves re-appointment of key directors and reports financial results

Muthoot Finance Limited has announced the re-appointment of several key directors and the approval of its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. These decisions were made during the company’s board meeting held on May 14, 2026.

The board has recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Joseph Korah as an Independent Director for a second term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Korah, a former Co-Founder and President of Impaqtive and a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Salesforce consulting domain, will serve a term of three years.

Additionally, the board has recommended the re-appointment of Mr. George M George, Mr. George M Jacob, and Mr. George Alexander as Whole Time Directors, each for a term of five years, effective from December 15, 2026. Mr. Eapen Alexander has also been recommended for appointment as a Whole Time Director.

The meeting also saw the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. These results, along with the audit reports, have been enclosed as part of the regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

The board meeting commenced at 10:15 AM and concluded at 04:35 PM. The financial results will be published in one English national daily and one vernacular newspaper, as per the regulatory requirements.
