The company achieved its highest ever bookings, collections, operating cash flow, and business development, solidifying its position as India’s largest residential developer by booking value for the third consecutive year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In FY2026, GPL’s booking value surged by 16% to ₹34,171 crore, marking the highest booking value ever reported by an Indian real estate developer in a financial year. This growth was driven by the sale of 17,515 units with a total area of 27 million square feet, representing a year-on-year volume growth of 5%. The company’s booking value has grown at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 41% over the past three years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Collections also reached new heights, increasing by 17% to ₹19,965 crore in FY2026. This is the highest collections ever reported by an Indian real estate developer in a financial year, with a 3-year CAGR of 30%. The operating cash flow rose by 5% to ₹7,830 crore, maintaining a 3-year CAGR of 30%.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;GPL added ₹42,100 crore of future sales potential through portfolio additions in FY2026, achieving over 200% of its guidance and delivering a year-on-year growth of 59%. The company delivered projects totalling 12.1 million square feet, achieving 121% of its guidance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The fourth quarter of FY2026 was particularly strong, with GPL achieving its highest ever quarterly bookings of ₹10,163 crore, a 21% quarter-on-quarter growth. The collections for Q4FY2026 stood at ₹7,947 crore, representing a year-on-year growth of 14% and a quarter-on-quarter growth of 86%.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;GPL’s business development in FY2026 was robust, with 18 new projects added, offering a total estimated saleable area of approximately 33.32 million square feet and an expected booking value potential of ₹42,100 crore. The company exceeded its initial guidance of adding ₹20,000 crore of booking value potential.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Promoters increased their stake in GPL by 5.0% in FY2026, investing ₹2,674 crore, and also increased their stake in the holding company, Godrej Industries Limited, by 5.0%, investing ₹1,896 crore.&lt;/p&gt;
