Federal Bank allots over 2.15 lakh equity shares under employee stock option schemes

Federal Bank has announced the allotment of equity shares following the exercise of stock options by its employees. The bank allotted a total of 2,15,417 equity shares on 17 May 2026 under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

The allotment includes 3,250 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each, granted under the ESOS 2010 Scheme. Additionally, 2,12,167 equity shares with the same face value were allotted under the ESOS 2017 Scheme. These allotments were made after the payment of the required amount by the option grantees.

The decision to allot these shares was approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of Federal Bank. The bank has requested the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited to take note of these developments.
