V.S.T Tillers Tractors has announced a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on May 15, 2026, and the dividend will be disbursed following approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

In addition to the dividend declaration, the board approved the re-appointment of Dr. Nandakumar Jairam as an Independent Director. Dr. Jairam will serve a second term of five consecutive years starting from June 21, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Dr. Jairam, a distinguished healthcare leader with over four decades of experience, has held significant roles, including Chairman and CEO of Columbia Asia Hospitals.
