Omaxe has announced the appointment of new auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The company’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s S.K. Bhatt & Associates as the Cost Auditors and M/s Aditya V Agarwal & Company as the Internal Auditors, effective from May 15, 2026.

M/s Aditya V Agarwal & Company, a reputed chartered accountancy firm, will take over as Internal Auditors from M/s Doogar & Associates, who have resigned due to other commitments.
