Terence Lewis is an Indian dancer and choreographer. He is well-known for serving as a judge on the reality dance competitions Nach Baliye (2009–2012) and Dance India Dance (2012–2017). He leads dance workshops both domestically and internationally while running his “Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company” in Mumbai.

Dino Morea made his acting debut as “Sonic” in the television series Captain Vyom. In Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi, he made his film debut alongside Rinke Khanna. In the 2002 horror film Raaz, the thriller Gunaah, and the Tamil feature Kandukondain Kandukondain directed by Rajiv Menon, he played ground-breaking characters. His other well-known films include Acid Factory, Sssshhh, Rakht, and Baaz: A Bird in Peril. In 2010, he participated in the reality competition Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Sanak is a brand-new Hindi song by Badshah from the album 3:00 AM. Hiten provided the lyrics and music for this most recent tune. Badshah wrote the song lyrics for Sanak. On March 14, the artist also released the song’s music video available.

Dino Morea to make Telugu debut with spy thriller ‘Agent’

The rise of OTT platforms has proven to be beneficial for Dino Morea. In recent years, the actor had the opportunity to display a new side of himself in well-known series like Hostages season 2, Tandav, and The Empire. He will now carry on with the action genre by taking on the role of the antagonist in Agent, his debut Telugu film.

Dino claimed that because to his reputation, he was never given the chance to display his vicious side in the beginning of his career. In a statement, he stated, “Filmmakers simply saw me as this cute, good-looking guy next door in the earlier stages of my career. I was offered the role of a romantic hero, but I never had the chance to work on a film with intense action. Due to my physical fitness and flexibility, I have a knack for action, but no one has ever used that aspect of my personality. I’m looking forward to performing some raw, brutal action in Agent.”

Dino described his character in further detail, saying, “I play a rogue agent. He is an anti-hero and a bit crazy. I’m showing off my beard and lengthy hair. I haven’t seen my face without facial hair in almost three years. For The Empire, I grew out my hair and beard, and I haven’t cut either since.”

The actor acknowledged that he enjoys playing evil characters. The audience enjoys witnessing it when a bad character is given a certain level of craziness. Even as a young child, I found that the antagonists in James Bond films stayed in my memory more so than the main character. Look at The Dark Knight; the Joker is a memorable character there,” he remarked.

Agent, starring Mammootty, Akhil Akkineni, and Sakshi Vaidya, is directed by Surender Reddy. It’s interesting to note that God is the name of Dino’s character in the film. Agent is set to release this year.

Dino Morea reflects back to time when acting jobs dried up

Actor Dino Morea shared about making the decision to retreat from acting during the time acting gigs were not great and jobs were drying up. Dino recently appeared in Amazon Prime’s Tandav and Disney plus Hotstar series The Empire.

Making his acting debut in 1999, he worked in Baaz, and Life Mein Kabhie Kabhie as a protogonist while other roles in various movies but in 2010 decided to take break because ”the roles coming (his) way were terrible and (he) would have dug (his) grave had (he) continued”. During that time, he said in a new interview, he did ‘small jobs to stay relevant’.

“Despite acting in 15 films, I had never been to an acting school. So I got myself enrolled in an acting school in Delhi. It was a beginning to unlearn and learn new things. From 2013, I started pushing myself again by approaching producers and directors, but nothing great came my way. I held back and waited for the right opportunity. Mental Hood in 2017 followed by Hostages and Tandav was a warm up to The Empire,” he said in an interview with Pinkvilla.

Having no valuable and good acting gigs was difficult, he also added, “I was knocking the doors saying that I want to work, but nothing really came my way. But it’s all a journey. Yes, the time was tough and mentally, I did go through a lot. But exercise, fitness, and being healthy helped me a lot. I was trying to be relevant by doing small jobs to be finally secure, but don’t want to talk about it. But nothing is impossible. Work hard and the world will open up for you.”

In Disney+ Hotstar series The Empire, produced on the basis of historical fiction series of books set in the Mughal era by Alex Rutherford with name Empire of the Moghul: Raiders from the North, Dino portrays Dino plays Mohammad Shaybani Khan, the arch-nemesis of Babur, portrayed by Kunal Kapoor. The show is directed by Mitakshara Kumar and created by Nikkhil Advani.

Disney Plus Hotstar reveals first trailer for Moghul era epic series ‘The Empire’

The trailer of the Disney Plus Hotstar eight-episode mega-budget series ‘The Empire’ was released on Saturday. Filmmaker Nikkhil Advani-created series will release on Disney+ Hotstar on August 27. The show is directed by Mitakshara Kumar, who has also co-written it with writer Bhavani Iyer.

It is set to release in seven regional languages in India. Also, it has to be kept in mind that Disney Plus Hotstar has prepared it according to the international audience. The trailer that came out 20 days before the release of the series shows the wonder and manages to create curiosity among the audience for the series.

Based on Alex Rutherford’s novel ‘Empire of the Mughal: Raiders from the North, this story follows Babur’s childhood till the point where a young emperor of Samarkand arrives in Delhi to challenge the Lodhi dynasty. He is the master of his intentions. And the alums of the trailer tell that some glimpses of the society divided according to religion are also going to be seen in the story.

Web series ‘The Empire’ actor Kunal Kapoor is making his digital debut on OTT. Seeing the trailer, it is understood that he has worked hard to play the role of Babar. How successful he has been in this hard work, will be decided only after the release of the series. The most attractive face seen in the trailer is that of Drashti Dhami. She is also set to take a giant leap in the digital world and her entry in the trailer acts as a catalyst. Dino Morea is here in the role of Villain. Shabani Khan’s lust is seen in his character. Rahul Dev also tries his best to make an impact. And, if anyone sees the strongest character in all these characters, then it is Shabana Azmi. Her on-screen appearance manages to give a different aura to the trailer.

Most of the scenes in the trailer have been created with special effects and the real test of the lighting combination will be to make these scenes captivating. The background music and stunt choreography of the trailer are reminiscent of the films of the ‘Bahubali’ series. What will be new in the show apart from the story, will be waiting to see.

Bollywood drug case: Kshitij Prasad claims that NCB harassed him to take names of Ranbir Kapoor, Dino Morea and Arjun Rampal

Kshitij Prasad was presented before the NDPS court on 3rd October and said that the agency harassed him into falsely implicating actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal. The NCB later called his claims “false and baseless.”

Kshitij, who was arrested on 26th September on account of procurement of drugs, said, “I have been repeatedly harassed and coerced into falsely implicating Dino Morea, Arjun Rampal and Ranbir Kapoor in the present proceedings despite me repeatedly stating that I do not know the persons and have no knowledge of such allegations. I say that in this manner I am being mentally, emotionally and psychologically harassed and abused by the NCB into making false statements.”

As reported by the Times of India, NCB claimed that Kshitij was trying to bargain a lot by seeking removal of stringent Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act’s Section 27A in exchange for his signatures on the statements.

NCB has clearly denied all the allegations made by Prasad’s defence advocate Satish Maneshinde regarding NCB threatening Kshitij to make statements against Karan Johar and other senior officers at Dharma Productions.

The plea said, “In view of the fact that he was under pressure of the concerned officers, the accused had to make the statement under duress, threat and coercion. The statement is totally involuntary and not recorded in accordance with law.”

Dino Morea denies hosting any party for Sushant Singh Rajput, lashes out at former Maharashtra CM Narayan Rane

According to the recent development, former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayan Rane had alleged that Dino Morea hosted Sushant Singh Rajput and a politician at his house party on June 13, and that party was later moved to Sushant’s place in Bandra.

Responding to this, Dino Morea took to his twitter handle and denied all the allegations that are being put against him. He also asked not to drag his name in the case as he had no connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Narayan Rane’s son Nitish Rane, BJP MLA, spoke to Times Now and supported his father’s claim saying they will even submit the proofs to the concerned authority. Reacting to the same video, Dino Morea denied all the allegations and asked for his name to be kept out of this whole controversy.

Dino’s tweet read, “There was never any such gathering at my residence , pls get your facts right before making these allegations. DO NOT drag my name into this as I have no connection whatsoever with this.”

Narayan Rane had also claimed that Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered and that it was not a suicide. He further added that the Maharashtra government is trying to save someone. He said, “It has been 50 days since Sushant’s death but Mumbai’s world-famous police don’t know who was with Sushant at the party held (at his home) on June 13”.

However, Mumbai police chief Param Bir Singh has denied reports of any party at Sushant’s house on June 13.

Ever since Sushant’s case has come up on June 14, there have been calls for CBI inquiry. Recently, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar too recommended CBI inquiry in Sushant’s death case. He said, “The DGP spoke to Sushant Singh Rajput’s father this morning and he gave consent for CBI inquiry. So now, we are recommending CBI probe in the matter.”
