Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia got married in 1973. Kapadia was only 15 when she tied the knot and the late actor was 31 years old. Rajesh Khanna was a super star during his time and was a beloved actor. Soon after his marriage, the couple were blessed with two daughters. However, their marriage didn’t last long. In a 1994 interview with Pritish Nady, Dimple Khanna shared some insights as to why her marriage did not work out. The actress said, “I think we were two very different kind of people. And I was probably very young to understand what was happening to this man who was a superstar. I mean I have never been able to understand stars and their behaviour pattern at all because I am not one myself. It’s very difficult for me to.. I couldn’t understand it. I just couldn’t understand it.”

The interviewer asked Dimple if she remembered that phase of her life. To which she replied affirmatively. She was then asked if that period was traumatic. And Dimple replied by saying that it was very traumatic.

Mira Rajput, the wife of Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor, recently offered a positive review of the romance drama ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ on Instagram stories. The film, which marks Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s first collaboration in prominent roles, has been widely anticipated by fans due to its unique premise.

The makers of Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, and Karisma Kapoor’s Murder Mubarak released the first look video and announced the film’s release date on Monday. The film promises to add a new twist to the mystery genre by combining suspense, comedy, and romance.

The upcoming romantic-comedy film, which was initially announced in 2023, has been highly anticipated by fans. The action-packed comedy Pathaan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in the key roles, was released in theatres on January 25. It became one of the highest-grossing films in Indian cinema history, making more than Rs 1000 crore at the international box office.

The Siddharth Anand-directed film eventually had an OTT premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 22 after nearly two months. Four brand-new sequences that were cut from the theatrical version of Pathaan were included in the OTT version. These scenes include one with Dimple Kapadia on a plane, one with SRK’s character being tortured in a Russian jail, one with Shah Rukh rejoining the elite unit JOCR (Joint Operations and Covert Research), and one with Dimple Kapadia on a flight, and a scene of Deepika Padukone being interrogated.

Christopher Nolan’s recent film, espionage thriller Tenet, is on its way to collect 100 million dollars internationally (outside North America) according to Variety. Despite fewer theatres being opened, low attendance and social distancing due to the pandemic, the film has still managed to earn the amount.

However, Tenet is made on 200 million dollars. Hence, it needs more than double the amount to recover the money. While Nolan is known for his blockbusters that have earned over one billion dollars in a couple of cases, this time the pandemic poses a challenge.

The film includes a concept called inversion, which Nolan and actors have confirmed is not time-travel. In fact, it is a way of communication with the future. John David Washington’s lead character, called The Protagonist, is supposed to save the world from World War III. It is not Armageddon the world is facing, the promos say, but something worse.

Tenet also stars Kenneth Branagh, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, and Michael Caine.

Tenet is running in numerous countries currently. It has scored 74 per cent at Rotten Tomatoes. The critical consensus reads, “A visually dazzling puzzle for film lovers to unlock, Tenet serves up all the cerebral spectacle audiences expect from a Christopher Nolan production.”
