Dilip Buildcon subsidiary secures Rs 2,905 crore project in Rajasthan

Dilip Buildcon Limited’s subsidiary, DBL ERCP Bandh Baretha Private Limited, has received the appointed date for a significant project from Rajasthan Water Grid Corporation Limited. The project, valued at ₹2,905 crore including GST, involves the construction of a feeder from Isarda to Khura Chainpura to Bandh Baretha Bharatpur. This initiative includes all components and its operation and maintenance for a period of 20 years, structured on a Hybrid Annuity Model.

The project is expected to be completed within 27 months, marking a substantial addition to the company’s portfolio. This development follows previous announcements made by the company on August 18, 2025, and September 25, 2025.

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dilip Buildcon has disclosed this update to the National Stock Exchange of India. Additionally, as per the company’s code of conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities remains closed for insiders and designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
