Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the termination of its Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Berggruen Hotels Private Limited (BHPL), a material subsidiary of the company. The agreement, initially executed on 23 May 2010, involved CS Hospitality & Management Services Private Limited, Green Apple Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, and Nestor Hotels Private Limited. The decision to terminate the agreement was made due to the non-payment of outstanding management fees and deposit amounts as stipulated in the MSA.

The agreement covered operations under the brand name ‘Keys Select Hotel Nestor by Lemon Tree.’ Despite the termination, Lemon Tree Hotels has stated that there will be no significant financial impact on the company resulting from this decision.

The company has requested that the information be taken on record by the relevant authorities.
