Jyoti Structures has appointed CMA Dr. Narhar K. Nimkar as the cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on 30th April 2026.

Dr. Narhar K. Nimkar, a seasoned professional with over 41 years of industrial experience, holds a membership in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He was awarded a Ph.D. by Savitribai Phule Pune University in February 2022, focusing on the analysis of non-compliances in indirect taxes, specifically concerning Central Excise, Service Tax, and the Goods and Services Tax (GST). His extensive experience spans finance, accounts, taxation, and costing.

In addition to his professional practice, Dr. Nimkar is a faculty member for Indirect Taxes at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and serves as a visiting faculty member at various management institutions.
