Godawari Power and Ispat has announced a change in its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) following an update to the National Industrial Classification (NIC) Code. The revised CIN is L24100CT1999PLC013756, replacing the previous L27106CT1999PLC013756.

This change is a result of alterations in the Main Object Clause of the company, which were approved by shareholders and the Central Processing Centre of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in Manesar, Haryana. The update to the NIC code was automatically reflected in the MCA Master Data, leading to the modification of the company’s CIN.

Godawari Power and Ispat confirmed that there have been no changes to its legal status, registered office, operations, or share capital apart from the updated CIN. The company has assured stakeholders that the alteration does not affect its business operations or corporate structure.

The updated MCA Master Data, which includes the new CIN, has been shared for reference. The company has requested that relevant records be updated to reflect this change.
