Kernex Microsystems secures Rs 475.21 crore order from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works

Kernex Microsystems has been awarded a significant contract valued at ₹475.21 crore by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of on-board KAVACH Loco equipment. This order is expected to enhance the company’s revenue visibility and strengthen its position in the railway safety sector.

The contract, which is domestic in nature, involves the deployment of KAVACH Loco equipment as per the RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/196/2020, Version 4.0 or the latest version. The project is scheduled to be completed within 12 months from the date of the contract.

Kernex Microsystems confirmed that there is no interest from the promoter group or related parties in the entity awarding the contract, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
