Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has announced the shortlisting of candidates for the positions of Executive Directors for Vertical 1 and Vertical 2. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on 2nd May 2026. The shortlisted names will be recommended to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for approval, in accordance with the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.

The company has complied with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, by making this announcement.
