Emcure appoints C S Muralidharan as independent director for three-year term

Emcure Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Mr. C S Muralidharan as an Independent Director for a three-year term starting from April 1, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s members through a Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting.

The company confirmed that Mr. Muralidharan is not restricted from serving as a director by any Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) order, and he is not related to any current directors or key managerial personnel of Emcure Pharmaceuticals. This compliance is in line with BSE and NSE circulars dated June 20, 2018.
