Brainbees Solutions shares are likely to remain in focus on May 27 after the company reported its Q4FY26 earnings, showing strong revenue growth and a sharp improvement in profitability metrics on a year-on-year basis.

The company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹30.3 crore in the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of ₹76.7 crore in the same period last year. Despite remaining in the red, the narrowing of losses indicates improving operational performance.

Revenue from operations rose 12% YoY to ₹2,163 crore against ₹1,930 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, driven by steady demand growth across its business segments.

EBITDA jumped significantly to ₹70.2 crore in Q4FY26, compared to ₹15.9 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA margin also improved sharply to 3.2% from 0.8%, reflecting better cost efficiencies and improved operating leverage.

The company also reported a one-time loss of ₹24 crore during the quarter, lower than the ₹37 crore exceptional loss recorded in the same quarter last year.
