Godrej Properties awards Rs 1,100 crore construction contracts to Tata Projects

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has entered into a significant partnership with Tata Projects, awarding construction contracts worth ₹1,100 crore for three luxury developments along Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. This collaboration marks the largest single construction contract awarded by Godrej Properties to date.

The projects involved in this partnership include Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris, all of which are premium luxury residential developments. These projects are designed to offer refined living experiences through superior architecture, high-quality construction, and thoughtfully planned spaces. Godrej Samaris, located in Sector 53, Gurugram, spans across 7.41 acres and is an upcoming launch by GPL.

This marks the first collaboration between Godrej Properties and Tata Projects, bringing together two iconic Indian brands with a shared focus on excellence, safety, and quality. Tata Projects, with over 45 years of experience, has delivered several landmark infrastructure and building projects across India, including the New Parliament Building in New Delhi, Noida International Airport, and Atal Setu in Mumbai.
