DCM Shriram Ltd. reported a 42% increase in PAT to ₹856 crore for FY26, driven by strategic expansions and operational efficiencies.

DCM Shriram Ltd. announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2026, demonstrating robust growth across its business segments. The company reported a 42% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT), reaching ₹856 crore, driven by strategic expansions and operational efficiencies.

For the financial year 2025–26, DCM Shriram‘s consolidated net revenue increased by 12% to ₹14,264 crore. The company’s Profit Before Depreciation, Interest, and Tax (PBDIT) grew by 15% to ₹1,694 crore. This performance was underpinned by higher volumes in the Chemicals business, sustained growth in Fenesta Building Systems and Shriram Farm Solutions, and contributions from newly commissioned projects and strategic acquisitions.

The Chemicals business, a key growth driver, saw a 12% increase in caustic soda volumes and improved ECU realisations. The company also commissioned a 52,000 TPA Epichlorohydrin (ECH) plant at Bharuch in April 2026, bolstering its advanced materials value chain. Additionally, the acquisition of Hindusthan Speciality Chemicals Limited accelerated its entry into the epoxy and formulated resins market.

In the Vinyl segment, revenue grew by 4% in FY26, supported by improved PVC volumes and operational efficiencies. The company entered a strategic partnership in PVC compounds, selling a 50% stake in Shriram Polytech Ltd. to Teknor Apex B.V., combining domestic manufacturing strengths with global expertise.

The Sugar and Ethanol business faced challenges with higher cane costs and oversupply conditions, though domestic sugar prices increased by 4%. Ethanol margins remained healthy, and sugar recovery improved to 10.8%.

Fenesta Building Systems achieved a revenue milestone of ₹1,112 crore, growing by 28% due to higher volumes across project and retail segments. The business expanded its footprint with new product platforms and capacity enhancements.

Shriram Farm Solutions sustained its growth trajectory with an 18% revenue increase to ₹1,689 crore, driven by strong performance in the Research Wheat segment.

The Board recommended a final dividend of 200%, amounting to Rs. 62.38 crores, subject to shareholder approval. The total dividend for the year stands at 560%, amounting to Rs. 174.66 crores.
