After listening to the news of Aishwarya Rajnikanth and Dhanush, who have two sons – Yatra and Linga getting separated after 18 years of togetherness, filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma shared a series of tweets for ‘young stars’ and ‘marriages’.

“Star divorces are good trendsetters to warn young people about the dangers of marriages,” RGV wrote on Twitter.

“Love in a marriage lasts for lesser days than the days they celebrate it, which is 3 to 5 days,” RGV wrote. He mentioned that ‘smart people love and dumbos marry’.

“Only divorces should be celebrated with sangeet because of getting liberated and marriages should happen quietly in process of testing each other’s danger qualities,” he wrote. He added in another tweet, “Marriage is the most evil custom thrust upon society by our nasty ancestors in promulgating a continuous cycle of unhappiness and sadness.”

Dhanush – Aishwarya released the statement of divorce. They wrote, “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other. The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting and adapting. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate. Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please do respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this. On Monday, Dhanush and Aishwaryaa announce their separation. Their families are yet to comment on their decision. Aishwaryaa’s sister Soundarya supports her in her decision. She seems to extend her support by changing her profile pic on Twitter.

On Tuesday, she changed her picture featuring herself, Aishwaryaa, and Rajnikanth. The picture is of their childhood. In this throwback picture, the young girls are seated in their father’s lap.

The fans showered love and support for this. They were appreciating father Rajnikanth on this. They say, “Great father who raised his kids to take bold decision when it is needed. Stay strong sister….take care of your sister, her kids, and your parents.” a fan says, reacting to the picture. “Stay strong mam superstar ah patokonga happy ah ( please take care of Rajnikanth) Forget negativities… Be happy ever” added another. “Look how he’s holding both of you… please take care of him like you always did sis,” a third fan wrote.

They have not revealed the reason behind this. However, they say, that they need some time. They want to understand each other as an individual.

Atrangi Re actor took over twitter on Monday evening to make an announcement of separation with wife, Aishwarya Rajnikanth after 18 years of togetherness.

Dhanush penned down an overwhelming note of the announcement for betterment of both of them an individual. The actor demanded demanded privacy and time to heal as this was a major life decision.

Dhanush wrote, “Today we stand at a place where our paths separate…Aishwarya and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better.”

“Please respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this. Om Namashivayaa. Spread Love.D”, he added.

The duo had tied the knot in a classic South Indian tradition on November 18, 2004. They are proud to be the parents of two sons.

Separation after 18 years of togetherness must me hard yet for the betterment of the couple. The couple has always been considered as most down to earth. Earlier they have shared the cute moments on Instagram.

Actor Dhanush and star Rajinikanth’s elder daughter Aishwaryaa Rajnikanth announced their separation on Monday. The former couple tied the knot on November 18, 2004.

However, Dhanush recently took to his verified Twitter handle to share the official announcement. He also asked his fans and followers to respect their decision and requested privacy to deal with such tough phase.

Rajinikanth-starrer Annaatthe’s shoot suspended as crew members test positive for COVID-19

The shooting of Annaatthe starring superstar Rajinikanth has been suspended after four crew members test positive for COVID-19. Sun Pictures, the production house behind Annaatthe took to Twitter to confirm the news. The production house also clarified that Rajinikanth and other crew members tested negative for COVID-19.

In their statement, Sun Pictures wrote, “During routine testing at #Annaathe shoot 4 crew members have tested positive for Covid19. Superstar @rajinikanth and other crew members have tested negative. To ensure utmost safety #Annaatthe shooting has been postponed.”

Earlier, the shooting for Annaatthe was paused due to the Coronavirus induced pandemic and resumed in the second week of December. The production for the film starring Rajinikanth, Nayanthara and others, began in Hyderabad. Rajinikanth took a chartered flight to Hyderabad with his daughter Aishwarya Dhanush.

The makers had planned to finish the film in one single stretch as the production was in its last stages. The film is written by Siva and has a star-studded cast in supporting roles including Khushbu, Meena, Prakash Raj, Sathish and Soori.
