Aditya Infotech approves final dividend of Rs 1.64 per share for FY26

Aditya Infotech Limited’s Board of Directors has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.64 per equity share, representing 164% of the face value of ₹1 per share.

The dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM’s conclusion, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India on May 27, 2026.

The Board meeting, held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, reviewed and approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results alongside the audit report issued by the company’s statutory auditors. The Chief Financial Officer has provided a declaration confirming that the auditor’s report carries an unmodified opinion.

In addition to the dividend declaration, the Board approved further investment in Aditya Infotech Taiwan Co. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The investment will not exceed the Indian rupee equivalent of USD 400,000, to be made through subscription in the subsidiary’s share capital. The relevant particulars required under the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, have been furnished to the stock exchange.
