Black Box completes acquisition of Brazilian firm 2S Inovações Tecnológicas

Black Box Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in 2S Inovações Tecnológicas, a prominent Brazilian solutions integrator. The acquisition was executed through Black Box do Brasil Indústria e Comércio Ltda., a step-down subsidiary of the company.

The terms and conditions of the acquisition were finalised and completed on 13 May 2026 at 2:00 a.m. IST. The acquisition is effective from 1 May 2026. This strategic move is expected to enhance Black Box’s presence in the Brazilian market and strengthen its position as a leading solutions provider.

The company had initially announced the acquisition plan on 12 February 2026, and with the completion of this transaction, Black Box aims to leverage 2S Inovações Tecnológicas’ expertise and market reach to drive further growth.
