Marine Electricals (India) has announced the acquisition of significant orders amounting to ₹208.72 crores, excluding taxes. These orders come from two prominent clients, Adani Infra (India) Limited and Udupi Cochin Shipyard Limited.

The first order, secured from Adani Infra, involves the supply of a power distribution system. The delivery of this system is scheduled to occur over a period of 12 to 14 months. This contract highlights Marine Electricals‘ continued partnership with Adani Infra, showcasing its capability in providing essential electrical solutions.

The second order is from Udupi Cochin Shipyard, which requires the supply of an Alarm Monitoring System. The delivery timeline for this system extends over 24 months, indicating a long-term engagement with the shipyard. This order underscores Marine Electricals’ expertise in delivering critical monitoring systems for the maritime industry.

Marine Electricals has clarified that none of its promoters or promoter group have any interest in these contracts, and they do not constitute related party transactions.
