In her tweet in Hindi, President Murmu wrote: “On the joyful occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a symbol of warmth and trust, the unbreakable bond between brother and sister, I extend my greetings and truest wishes to all the residents. I wish that this festival should emphasize harmony and harmony in our society and heighten respect towards women.”

On the eve of Raksha Bandhan, a huge number of women of the state tied rakhi to the Chief Minister at his home and Chief Sevak Sadan auditorium and showered him long life wishes.
