‘Take care of your state’: Pawan Khera to Yogi Adityanath as UP CM campaigns in Rajasthan

Pawan Khera praised the CM Ashok Gehlot led Congress government of opening English medium schools.

On Wednesday, Congress Chairman of Media and Publicity Department Pawan Khera addressed a press conference in Jaipur, Rajasthan and praised the CM Ashok Gehlot led Congress government of opening English medium schools. Attacking BJP on the same, Khera said: “When Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot opened English medium schools, BJP got into trouble.”

“The children of BJP leaders themselves study abroad, but they do not want the poor child to study in an English medium school. Gehlot government has invested in the next generation. Those who are against English medium schools are against the next generation of Rajasthan,” said Khera.

Pawan Khera also attacked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who’s campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party in Rajasthan. “Policemen were chased and beaten by goons in Uttar Pradesh. Go and take care of your state. You (CM Yogi) have come here to spoil the atmosphere,” said Pawan Khera.

Further he added: “In Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, files are burnt before election, evidence are destroyed….. where is CAG, There was one CAG report in 2015, now by 2021 it has become 14, the report does not even come.”

The 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held on 25 November 2023 to elect all 200 members of the assembly, followed by the counting of votes and declaration of results on December 3.
