Government Jobs in Madhya Pradesh only for state citizens: CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, announced that only the residents of the state would be allowed to serve in state government jobs.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced on Tuesday that government jobs in M.P. will be reserved for the citizens of the state only. The announcement comes 3 days after Chauhan said that local youth will be preferred for state government jobs.

“The state government has taken a crucial decision today. Government employment in the state would only be open for people from the state. We are putting in place the necessary legal framework for it. The resources of Madhya Pradesh will only be for the residents of the state”, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said. Chouhan also added that it is the duty of the state to provide jobs to its youth when opportunities are scarce.
