Chhattisgarh Election 2023: BJP chief JP Nadda slams CM Bhupesh Baghel over corruption issue in Pendra

Adreesing the rally in Pendra, JP Nadda slammed congress government in the state over alleged scams in the state under CMship of Bhupesh Baghel.

On November 5, the Bhartiya Janta Party President Jagat Prakash Nadda held a ‘Vijay Sankalp Maharally’ in poll-bound Chhattisgarh. Adreesing the rally in Pendra, JP Nadda slammed congress government in the state over alleged scams in the state under CMship of Bhupesh Baghel and even mocked him at the starting of rally ‘Isse bhi bhupesh ki bimari lag gyi hai kya?‘ personified to the malfunctioning mic.

“Congress and corruption are two sides of the same coin. Wherever Congress is in power, it just loots, cheats and does corruption. Whereas BJP does development and progress. The country and the state will progress rapidly under the BJP government,” said BJP chief.

“Youth will be given jobs honestly in PSC. The scam committed by Bhupsh Baghel will be investigated. Those who are found guilty in the investigation will be put in jail,” said JP Nadda.

“Congress party is far away from development. Where there is Congress, there will be malpractice, where there is Congress, there will be corruption, where there is Congress, there will be atrocities. That’s why ‘Aiur Nahi Sahibo, Badal ke Rahibo’,” added JP Nadda.

Sharing the glimpse of the rally on X (formerly twitter) Nadda wrote “The crowd that gathered in the ‘Vijay Sankalp Maharally’ organized in Pendra, Chhattisgarh reflects the anger of the people suffering from the misgovernance of the Congress. Our resolve for the overall development of Chhattisgarh and the guarantee of respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji will bring a new dawn of development and public welfare in the state. We are committed to making this state full of limitless possibilities, ‘Developed Chhattisgarh’. BJP’s inclusive and all-embracing manifesto will ensure progress of every section of Chhattisgarh. The people here are ready to establish service and good governance under the leadership of BJP.”

The 2023 Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held in two terms on November 7 and November 17 to elect all 90 members of the state’s Legislative Assembly.
