Brij Bhushan Singh denies reports of meeting HM Amit Shah

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh met JP Nadda after the Sports Ministry suspended WFI President Sanjay Singh and his panel. After this he announced his retirement from wrestling politics. Sakshi Malik said there is no fight with the government.

News is continuously coming about former President of Indian Wrestling Association and Bharatiya Janata Party MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh. After the decision of the Sports Ministry on Sunday, he met BJP President JP Nadda. What conversation took place between the two leaders during this period has not been revealed. But after this, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh made many big announcements during the press conference. He said that he is now retiring from wrestling and wrestling politics and will never contest any wrestling association election in his life.

Now it is being said that BJP MPs will also meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah. When Brij Bhushan Singh was asked about this, he said that no such program has been decided yet. He said that Amit Shah is the leader of our party, I will meet him. But there will be no discussion regarding wrestling during this period.


Regarding the decision of the Sports Ministry, he said that I have nothing to do with it. I have retired from wrestling politics.

Sakshi said she has no fight with the government Sakshi Malik also spoke to the media after the decision was taken by the Sports Ministry of the Government of India. Talking to the media, she said that we have not received any return document on this matter yet, later I will talk calmly, but our fight was not with the government, our fight was against an individual and for the respect of women players.

Government suspended the new body of WFI 

Amidst the ongoing controversy regarding new wrestlers and Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the Sports Ministry of the Government of India has taken a big decision. The government has suspended the new body of WFI. After which the new President of the Indian Wrestling Association, Sanjay Singh and his entire team have been suspended.

The Sports Ministry has taken this big decision after the retirement of Olympic medalist Sakshi Malik and withdrawal of Padma Shri award to Bajrang Punia. Along with this, the Sports Ministry has also cancelled all the upcoming programs of the Wrestling Association.

The Sports Ministry has said in its order that the new association had announced the upcoming tournaments and programs against the rules.
