Ex-President Pranab Mukherjee is ‘hemodynamically stable’ says Son

Ex-President Pranab Mukherjee confirmed on 10th August that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Ex-President Pranab Mukherjee confirmed on 10th August that he has tested positive for COVID-19. As of now, we know that he has undergone brain surgery and is ‘haemodynamically stable.’ This means that his heart is beating at a normal rate and is functioning well after the surgery.
In a statement to the press, his son, Abhijit Mukherji said that his father is doing well post surgery and thanked people for their support and best wishes.

The hospital where Mr Mukherjee has been receiving medical attention released a separate statement, “Shri. Pranab Mukherjee’s health condition continues to remain critical. Presently he is haemodynamically stable and on a ventilator.”
