As per the latest Sensex statistics released by the business news agency, Moneycontrol, the stock market witnessed FMCG trading in greens. Similarly, the midcap and smallcap indices contributed about half a percent over the total market share.
The Sensex rose to 58,359.13 with a change percent of +0.31%, while the Nifty Bank witnessed a price of 36,667.45 with a change percentage of +0.54%. On September 14, the Nifty 50 reached 7,410.95 with an alteration of 55.65, against the previous score.
Axis Bank emerged as the biggest gainer with 800 points. While Grasim Industries couldn’t establish its hold in the current market ratings wherein it faced a loss percent of -7.40. The Nifty Midcap 100, received 29760.60 points, under the best sector slot. However, then FMCG emerged as the worst performer with 40597.30 with a change of 4.95 points.
