It’s quite alarming in the fashion that Ms. Chitra Ramakrishna and Anand Subramanian left office, with a battered laptop that had sensitive evidence, the engagement of the board and other executives, connections to housing royalties during that period stated a government official.

An unidentified individual that goes by the name ‘Yogi’ was pointed out by SEBI who has influenced Anand Subramanian in the daily activities of the exchange.

Ms. Ramakrishna and others have been slapped with charges of governance discrepancies during Anand Subramanian’s position as a Chief Strategic Advisor, his reposting as Group operating officer later adviser to the MD.

SEBI awarded huge sums of fine a total of Rs 3 crores on Chitra Ramakrishna, Rs 2 crores each On Anand Subramanian, former NSE MD and CEO Ravi Narain, and Rs 6 lakhs on V.R. Narasimhan who held the position of the chief regulatory and compliance officer.

The income tax officials clearly stated that there was a brilliant act of cleaning digital files and all digital movements. Everything has been meticulously wiped out.

Meanwhile, after the news broke into public, the Congress party started seeking answers from PM Narendra Modi, Nirmala Sitharaman as to why they haven’t responded yet on the NSE issue.
