Mcap of 8 most valued companies tumbled down by ₹2.61 lakh cr

Wipro went higher by 17,450.39 crore to Rs 3,67,126.39 crore and Infosys climbed to Rs 7,66,123.04 crore from Rs 26,515.92 crore becoming the only gainers.

The market suffered a huge loss in the last week since the BSE benchmark collapsed down the mark of 57,000 for the first time. The BSE benchmark Sensex came down to 1.54% today.

The market capitalisation (Mcap) of eight of the top-10 most valued companies suffered a setback of over Rs 2,61,814.14 crore. In contrast to the declining market, two of the top-10 managed to become the only gainers in the group.

Wipro went higher by 17,450.39 crores to Rs 3,67,126.39 crore and Infosys climbed to Rs 7,66,123.04 crore from Rs 26,515.92 crore becoming the only gainers. The m-cap of Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) is at stake, as it slammed down to Rs 15,83,118.61 crore from Rs 79,658.02.

The list also included Bajaj Finance which dropped to Rs 4,15,594.78 crore from Rs 33,152.42 crore. HDFC Bank retarded from Rs 27,298.3 crore to Rs 8,12,229.89 crore. The m-cap of HUL (Hindustan Unilever Ltd) tumbled by Rs 24,083.31 crore to Rs 5,24,052.84 crore.

ICICI Bank came down to Rs 5,05,547.14 crore from Rs 20,623.35 crore on the other hand Tata Consultancy Services suffered a setback by coming down from 13,26,923.71 crore to Rs 18,254.82 crore.
