
EaseMyTrip, one of India’s leading online travel platforms, has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tourism New Zealand to enhance travel ties and promote tourism from India to New Zealand.
In a media release dated March 26, 2025, the company said the partnership aims to make travel to New Zealand more seamless for Indian tourists by introducing curated travel packages, seasonal promotional campaigns, and streamlined booking solutions. The move is designed to encourage more Indian travellers to explore New Zealand’s scenic landscapes, adventure activities, and cultural offerings.
Mr. Nishant Pitti, Chairman and Founder of EaseMyTrip, noted that the collaboration will allow Indian travellers to experience the beauty of New Zealand with ease and affordability. René de Monchy, Chief Executive of Tourism New Zealand, added that India is one of the fastest-growing markets for New Zealand, with the MoU expected to drive holiday visitor numbers through targeted marketing and enhanced connectivity.
The partnership will focus on promoting travel during New Zealand’s autumn, winter, and spring seasons, aligning with India’s peak holiday periods. This MoU marks another step in EaseMyTrip’s growing international footprint as a preferred travel tech brand for Indian outbound tourists.
