1. Iguazu Falls, Argentina/Brazil
The world’s largest waterfall, Iguazu Falls, is in fact a chain of hundreds of individual waterfalls that span approximately three kilometres on the Iguazu River, which borders Brazil and Argentina. There is nothing like the sound and sight of all this water falling to a depth of around 70 meters.
2. Niagara Falls, USA/Canada
Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls are three waterfalls in one group that are situated on the boundary between Ontario, Canada and New York, USA. It is well known for having an amazing flow rate and is a popular tourist destination.

With a width of 1,708 meters and a height of 108 meters, Victoria Falls, often referred to locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” (The Smoke That Thunders), is one of the largest falls in the world.

This waterfall, which is the tallest in North America, is situated in California’s Yosemite National Park. It is divided into three sections: Upper Falls, Middle Cascades and Lower Falls, with a total drop of 739 meters.
5. Dudhsagar Falls, India
Dudhsagar Falls, one of the tallest and most spectacular waterfalls in India, is around 100 feet wide and drops more than 1,000 feet in four tiers. Dudhsagar Falls gets the name “sea of milk” from the intensity and speed with which the water falls and sprays, creating the illusion that it is dropping into the Mandovi River beneath.
