At the heart of the D850 is a back-side illuminated (BSI) FX-format full-frame CMOS image sensor with 45.7 megapixels and no optical low-pass filter. This helps you achieve extraordinary image quality, enhance light gathering efficiency, faster data readout and truer colour.
ISO Range: The lower the ISO, the greater the dynamic range. Like the previous model, D810, D850 has the lowest base ISO of any DSLR or mirrorless camera with ISO 64 (expandable down to ISO 32).
Speed: The camera has speed of 7 frames per second (fps) and 9 fps which allows you to click the perfect shots each time whether its a bride walking down the aisle or gravity defying game.
Nikon Lenses: D850 has employed Gold Ring Series NIKKOR optics which has been described as one of the best lenses available.
Video Shooting: Create epic film masterpieces in full-frame 4K UHD with NIKKOR wide-angle lenses or prolong exquisite moments with its 120p/100p. You can also shoot in slow-motion in full HD frame.
Functions: The Tilt and Touch feature makes it easy for you to click the pictures from high or low angles and the LCD screen can be tilted; Focus Stacking feature will capture the extraordinary depth of fields. You can set the focal steps for automated shots and D850 will shift the focus in between shots automatically; Do Not Disturb: When shooting in silent surrounding such as golf or wedding, turn on Silent Photography in Live View.
