The ministry of AYUSH of India is advising people to consume things that increase immune power. It states that, people must avoid these things as they are slowly hollowing their body from inside.

CANDIES: Long-term consumption of thing like sugar filled candies can affect your health badly. Sugar rich candies and jellies cause inflammation which further leads to weakening of white blood cells or Leucocytes.

COFFEE: Excess intake of coffee can cause inflammation as coffee contains high amount of caffeine. Hence, Consuming caffeine in high amount can result into problems like stomach ache, stomach upset, indigestion, acidity, flatulence etc.

CIGARETTE: Smoking cigarettes can lower your immune by directly affecting the respiratory system and nasal cavity causing problems like difficulty in breathing, coughing etc.

STRAWBERRY: Berries are great for health, but too much of anything isn’t good. This super delicious berry can add life to anything it is added to! But excessive intake of strawberries can lower your immunity. Strawberries release a component called histamine, which leads to congestion. An increase in Histamine can lead to a sense of discomfort in your nose and can aggravate sinus issues.

CHIPS AND FRIED FOOD:  Chips make for the best binge-worthy companions, but did you know that a packet full of chips can actually make you unhealthy. Loaded with salt, oil and fats, this processed pack of goodness is no doubt delicious, but too much of salt and oil can weaken your immune system in the long run and cause disorders like high blood pressure and cholesterol.
