1. Coconut bars

You’ll require 3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, 1 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Mix all of them until the batter becomes thick. Pour this mixture to a pan and freeze until it becomes firm. Cut them into bars.

2. Peppermint Fudge Brownies

You’ll need 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1.5 teaspoons peppermint extract. Add chocolate chips and unsalted butter to a microwave-safe bowl and heat them up. After it melts, add peppermint extract to it and mix it well. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze it for 50 minutes. After that, slice them into squares.
