Three members of one family were killed by a roadside mine blast in the Tagab district of the Kapisa province in Afganistan alleged to have been planned by the Taliban.

On Wednesday, in the Kapsia roadside mine, a suddenly initiated blast killed three civilians in the same family including both women and men.

Shayeq Shoresh, (spokesperson for the Provincial Police Chief) said, “At least 3 civilians, including a woman, were killed in a roadside mine blast in the Tagab district of Kapisa province today morning”.

Shoresh said, “The incident happened in the Tagab district on Wednesday morning when the civilian’s vehicle struck a roadside mine. The roadside mine was placed by the Taliban”.

The Taliban have denied all reports & avoid taking responsibility for the blast.
